This new checkout tool wants to solve the messiest part of online shopping for brands
Shiprocket's newly launched Fastrr platform aims to simplify the fragmented technology brands use to manage pre-orders, checkout and customer conversion.
Anyone who has run an online store knows the pain: a dozen different tools for checkout, pre-orders, customer tracking and conversion, none of them talking to each other properly. Shiprocket’s newly launched Fastrr platform is aimed squarely at that mess.
Unveiled on Thursday, Fastrr is described by Shiprocket as an AI-native pre-order suite that brings together the company’s evolving pre-order commerce stack into a single intelligent platform. The goal is to help brands acquire, understand and convert customer intent through AI-powered experiences, rather than stitching together separate, disconnected systems.
Shiprocket says the fragmentation problem has grown as brands increasingly rely on multiple point solutions to manage the pre-order customer journey, leading to technology stacks that are complex and operationally inefficient, with customer experiences that often feel disconnected as a result. Fastrr is built to bring those proven capabilities together into one AI-native suite spanning the entire pre-order journey.
Saahil Goel, MD & CEO of Shiprocket, said the launch reflects a broader shift already underway in Indian business. “We are at the point where AI is becoming table stakes for every Indian business,” he said, adding that founders who embed AI into their businesses over the next year will build an advantage that becomes increasingly difficult for competitors to close.
