Dell Brings AI-Focused Pro Precision Workstations to India, Entry Price Rs 89,000

Dell has launched its Pro Precision workstation range in India, built specifically for AI workloads, rendering and simulation tasks that engineers, designers and other creative professionals handle daily. The range spans five product lines, with prices starting at Rs 89,000.

The cheapest way in is the Pro Precision 7 T1 desktop, which runs on Intel Core Ultra Series 2 processors with a dedicated NPU built for AI-powered applications. Above the desktop sit two mobile workstation series, each available in 14-inch and 16-inch sizes.

Dell’s most talked-about model is the Pro Precision 5 series 14S, pitched as the thinnest and lightest workstation the company has ever made at 1.4kg, with a three-sided aluminium build. It offers a choice of Intel Core Ultra Series 3 chips with integrated Arc Pro graphics or AMD Ryzen AI 400 processors with Radeon PRO graphics, up to 64GB of 8533 MT/s LPCAMM2 memory, and lands in stores from August 10.

The standard 5 series starts at Rs 1,49,000 with Intel Core Ultra 9 Series 3 chips carrying a 50 TOPS NPU, configurable with NVIDIA RTX 500 or RTX Pro 2000 Blackwell graphics. The 7 series starts higher, at Rs 2,25,000, with the 16-inch model offering 50W processors, the same 50 TOPS NPU, RTX Pro 3000 Blackwell graphics and up to 8TB storage.

Across the range, Dell has included Wi-Fi 7, optional 5G, Thunderbolt 4 ports and TPM 2.0 security with FIPS 140-3 certification, plus recycled materials that earn select models EPEAT Gold and ENERGY STAR ratings. Dell also used the launch to introduce Pro Max, an AI-accelerator line offered in two configurations — the GB10, priced from Rs 4,99,000 and available now, and the GB300, built for frontier-level AI inference, which is expected later in 2026.
